What types of objects are available?

What is the form of ownership in Thailand?
Under Freehold you become a 100% full owner, under Leasehold you enter into a long-term lease for 30 years, with the right to renew twice (total 90 years). Freehold property can be sold, inherited, donated, rented out and receive income from it. All of this is true for Freehold, but when reselling a Freehold property, you must sign documents with the landlord.
What is the yield on your real estate?
We guarantee yields from 8% for rentals and capitalization of at least 15% per annum during the construction phase. Given the performance of recent properties, yields range from 23% to 37% with an active strategy.
What is included in facility management?
Finding clients for rent, concluding contracts, cleaning and repairing furniture and apartments in case of breakage by tenants. Many of our clients spend Russian winter in their villas in Thailand. Before arrival we prepare your object for your comfortable vacation.
